"Charles and the Monarch team were extremely professional and responsive in my dealings with them related to a roof replacement due to a hail storm. They assisted with the initial discussions with the insurance company and then performed the roof and gutter replacement with extremely high quality. I do recommend them (and have done so to my neighbors) to anyone in need of their services."

"Should anyone have construction needs, I would highly recommend Monarch Builders & Commercial Services. Our point of contact was Luke Bungert. Luke did a great job working with our insurance company to make certain all the necessary paperwork was filed with them, and the city, to keep the project on task. The Monarch team replaced our roof in one day! The teamwork was phenomenal and they did an excellent job cleaning up after the roof was completed. The workers were coordinated in a timely manner to replace the gutters and down spouts, as well as, the trim around our garage doors. Luke was also very patient and helpful to make sure all the colors worked together with our existing (undamaged) siding. Everyone at Monarch was polite, professional and had a strong work ethic. I could not be more pleased with the outcome."

"Had our roof and gutters replaced by Monarch Builders this fall due to hail damage. I first met with Luke and he confirmed the damage and assisted with the insurance claim process. Luke was very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted with color choices. The work was done promptly and looks great and the crew was very professional and did a great job of cleaning up the debris when finished. The gutter crew also did an excellent job and they look great as well. I would definitely recommend this company and getting in touch with Luke Bungert for any roofing/remodeling projects"
